My rights as the artist:

  • All rights to my name, logo, and work belong to me [CasioGremlin and Sybilich].

  • I am allowed to offer a full or partial refund at any time depending on my progress on the project.

  • I will not accept phone calls.

  • I will not provide any private information.

  • You must keep in contact with me at all times, this includes for request.

  • Depending on the situation, refunds may not be provided.

  • When the project is finished, I am allowed to post it on social media/art sites.

  • You can choose to be addressed as Anon, or just your regular alias.

  • I will not draw a character that does not have a full reference page.

  • If you don’t see the commission type you wanted on my form, please ask me in DMs before submitting a ticket.

  • I DO NOT CREATE NOR ENDORSE THE USAGE OF MY ART AS NFTS. Do not under any circumstance use, steal, or ask to use my pieces as NFTs. ANY NFT OF MY ART IS THEFT, IT IS NOT ME.

Your rights as the customer:

  • I will provide a clear watermarked copy of the final product to ensure your satisfaction.

  • You must be fully clear if you are unsatisfied with the product, I will try my best to help.

  • I will never ask for personal information (this does not include email, PayPal, and site username.)

  • You are free to post all artwork as long as full credit is given to me.
